FROM LIVED EXPERIENCE – PUBLIC VOICE
For us, participation means creating the conditions for children and young people to understand their rights, build trust, explore what matters to them and shape the conversation themselves.
We work with young people affected by violence, discrimination and social exclusion; those facing difficult family or socioeconomic circumstances; children and young people in contact and/or conflict with the law; and young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
Through rights and legal empowerment, restorative practices, Non-Violent Communication and creative expression, they connect across differences, build agency and turn lived experience into collective creation and public voice, from the circle to the stage, the screen and the rooms where decisions are made.

How we work with young people.
A multidisciplinary, participatory approach combining restorative practice, human rights and legal empowerment, creative expression and active citizenship.
PARTICIPATION THAT MATTERS
Being heard is not the end point. Having an impact is.
Meaningful participation is not simply about inviting young people into the conversation. It is about creating the conditions for their perspectives to travel further , into creative work, public dialogue, professional practice and the institutions that shape their lives.
For us, participation means that young people are not only present. They can question, contribute, challenge assumptions and help shape what comes next.
